Welcome to the Sauna Goose Membership!
By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your membership is active for one week from the date of activation and will automatically renew on a weekly basis unless cancelled by you.
The weekly membership fee is $40 and will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

2 Free Sessions Per Week: You’ll enjoy two free sessions each week as part of your membership. These sessions can be used for sauna or saunagus sessions and will be applied automatically when booking.
Exclusive Member Pricing: Members get $20 sauna sessions and $30 saunagus sessions.
Access to Outdoor Area: Enjoy access to our outdoor area during opening hours without needing to book a session.
Merch Discount: Get half-price merchandise available for purchase in-store.

Booking: Simply book your session through the Sauna Goose booking system. Your free sessions will be applied automatically at checkout. For any additional sessions, use your member discount by entering the discount code [GOOSEPERKS] at checkout to enjoy your member rate.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your booking. There is no cancellation fee, but changes within the 12-hour window may result in forfeiting your session.

Free Sessions: Free sessions are valid only for the specific membership cycle and cannot be rolled over to the next cycle.
Discount Code: Members are given a discount code to access exclusive pricing. This code is for personal use only and is non-transferable. Sharing the code with non-members is strictly prohibited.
- Consequence: If a member is found sharing their discount code with non-members, their membership will be suspended or terminated without a refund.

You can pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 2 months. There are no fees associated with pausing your membership. You may pause your membership twice per year.
To pause, please provide at least 7 days' notice. After your pause period, your membership will automatically resume.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply email us at hello@saunagoose.com or use the cancellation option in your account.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, but your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Reactivation: If you choose to return, you will need to sign up again for a new membership.

Members are expected to treat Sauna Goose staff and fellow members with respect.
Disruptive behavior that affects the experience of others in the sauna or outdoor areas will not be tolerated.

Health and Safety: By becoming a member, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of using the sauna or participating in saunagus sessions.
Liability Waiver: Sauna Goose is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise during your sessions. We encourage you to consult a healthcare professional before using the sauna, especially if you have underlying health conditions.

Sauna Goose reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on our website. Continued use of your membership will signify your acceptance of any updated terms.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to receiving emails about your membership, promotions, and events.
