sauna goose Membership: terms and conditions

Welcome to the Sauna Goose Membership!
By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Overview

  • Your membership begins on the date of activation and automatically renews on a weekly basis unless canceled.

  • The weekly membership fee is $40, charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Benefits of Membership

  • 5x Standard Sauna Sessions per Week

  • 1x Saunagus Sessions per Week

  • 25% off Merchandise

  • 10% off group bookings

  • Access to the Outdoor Area during opening hours with no booking required

3. Session Booking and Cancellation

  • Booking: Members must book their sessions online through the Sauna Goose booking system.

  • Cancellations: To avoid losing your booking, cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.

  • No-Show Fee: If you don’t attend your booked session and haven’t canceled in advance, you will be charged the full session fee:

    $25 for a Standard Sauna Session

    $35 for a Saunagus Session4. Membership Usage

4. Membership usage

  • Memberships are for personal use only. Sharing your membership will result in access being revoked.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted.

5. Membership Pauses

  • You may pause your membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks, up to twice per year.

  • A week’s notice is required to request a pause.

  • Pause requests must be made via email at hello@saunagoose.com.

6. Membership Cancellation

  • CANcellations require 1 weeks notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Requests must be made via email at hello@saunagoose.com.

  • Once charged, membership fees are non-refundable, but your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

7. Changes to Terms

  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for your membership payment.

  • If a payment is declined, your membership will be automatically canceled immediately.

  • If this occurs, we can assist in manually resolving the issue on our end, so please contact us for support.

8. Respectful Use and Behaviour

  • Members must treat Sauna Goose staff and fellow members with respect.

  • Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in membership suspension or cancellation.

9. Liability and Health

  • By signing up, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in sauna and Saunagus sessions.

  • Sauna Goose is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise.

10. Memberships Changes and Termination

  • If we are unable to continue offering memberships due to any circumstance (e.g., lease changes, regulatory restrictions), we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and automatically cancel memberships without penalty.

  • Sauna Goose reserves the right to adjust the schedule, frequency, and types of sessions offered (e.g., the ratio of standard sauna to saunagus sessions) at any time. While we aim to give notice where possible, changes may occur without prior warning. These adjustments do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or penalty-free membership cancellations.

  • Sauna Goose reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued membership use signifies acceptance of updated terms.
