Keen to sauna with a group? We’re now offering group bookings for those wanting to sweat it out together with mates. Either choose from a standard Sauna Session or Saunagus Session. how it works.
Check our schedule for an available session, then get in touch if you’d like to turn it into a private group booking. Group sessions are a set fee and capped at 10 people.
To lock it in, we’ll just need a full deposit. Send us the date and time you’re keen on, and we’ll take care of the rest.get in touch

UNGuided communal Session: Offering a quiet, peaceful setting, this session provides a more introspective and personal experience. A closed-door policy maintains consistent heat throughout. It includes three 10-minute rounds in the sauna, each followed by a 10-minute break with the option of a cool plunge or shower.

Guided communal Session: Led by a sauna guide, this experience creates a meditative atmosphere using therapeutic essential oils and music.
