FAQs.

  • 100% wool. Comes in a reusable carry bag and a care card to help you keep it in good condish.

  • One size fits all. Some people fold it up for a bit of fashion flair whereas others pull it down for a more antisocial vibe ;)

  • You usually don’t need to. Wool is naturally antimicrobial, so simply let your hat air out between sauna sessions. If it does get dirty or something spills on it, gently hand wash with mild natural soap and let it air dry.

  • Yes, you can! We have sauna hats available in store. You’re welcome to pop by anytime during our opening hours to purchase and pick one up.

    7:00am to 10:30am and
    5:30pm to 8:30pm

    Saturday: 9:30am to 1:00pm

    Sunday: 3:00pm to 6:30pm

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
