Join Ryan Hyde, psychotherapist, embodiment facilitator, and Sauna Goose guide, for an evening of tuning into yourself through movement, breath, and sensory awareness.

Through a guided movement meditation, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to recognise and shift our states—learning how to gently “activate” when we need energy, and “settle” when we need to slow down. Through guided breath work, intentional movement, and intuitive expression, you’ll begin to recognise your body’s signals and how to respond to them.

This will be followed by a guided Saunagus experience in the sauna, where the practice continues through rounds of heat, cool breaks, and rest. Using the tools explored earlier, you’ll have the chance to work with breath, awareness, and regulation in real time - learning through direct experience what helps you find balance both in the sauna and in daily life. 

This is a welcoming space to be curious, move in your own way, and reconnect with your body amongst community. All guidance is framed as invitations, feel free to move with what resonates.

  • Welcome circle
  • 45 minute guided somatic movement practice
  • 45 minute guided Saunagus ritual
  • Closing with tea + hot choccies by the fire
