A slow Thursday night reset. This session is an invitation to soften, unwind, and come back to yourself.
We begin with a deeply restorative yin yoga practice led by Elese. Long, supported holds guide you to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and gently open the body. Less doing, more allowing.
From there, you’ll be guided through a facilitated Saunagus ritual. Structured rounds of heat, gentle prompts and intentional pacing create space to release, integrate and settle more deeply.
Just stillness, warmth and presence.
Format:
• Welcome circle
• 45 minute yin yoga practice
• 45 minute facilitated Saunagus ritual
• Closing circle with tea + hot choccies by the fire
