Introducing Qi Sauna, part of our Saturday Wellness Series. A slower way to move, breathe and drop into your body.

We begin with a guided Qi-based practice led by Marcel, a Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner. Through mindful movement, breath, meditation and simple self-acupressure, you’ll be guided to gently move Qi energy through the body and reconnect inward.

From there, Marcel will guide you through a facilitated Saunagus ritual. Structured rounds of heat and intentional pacing create space to release, integrate and settle more deeply.

A grounded, body-led way to start your weekend.
Format:
  • Welcome circle
  • 45 minute guided Qi practice
  • 60 minute guided Saunagus ritual
  • Closing circle with tea + hot choccies by the fire
