Femme Fridays are here! Once a month we meet to connect, share, and experience the ritualistic nature of the sauna with an evening held just for femme folk. A social event to meet new friends and soak up the heat together.
Release what's holding you back, and make space for the new. A time for clarity, connection and calling in what’s next — this will be a soulful, heart-opening sauna experience.

Saunagus experience with three rounds of hot-cold therapy, guided with intention
Fire pit hangs under the stars — a space to drop in, connect, and be witnessed

Please note: This event takes place at an outdoor venue. In the event of rain, the fire pit won’t be in use, but post-session hangs will still go ahead in a covered area with heaters.
