Join us on the longest night of the year for a deeply grounding sauna experience to mark the Winter Solstice. This is a guided, sensory journey designed to honour the stillness of winter and the quiet return of the light.
Inside the heat, we’ll move through three intentional rounds of Saunagus — each using seasonal essential oils, quiet reflection, and gentle ritual to warm the body and settle the mind. An optional fourth round will be offered for those wanting to stay a little longer in the glow.
After the sauna, we’ll gather around the fire for hot chocolate, tea, and marshmallows for roasting— a chance to warm your hands, chat, and ease into the evening.
You can expect:
Guided Saunagus session with three rounds of scent, heat, and ritual
Cold plunges and outdoor showers between rounds
Optional bonus fourth round in the sauna
Post session fire pit hangout with hot chocolate, tea, and marshmallows for roasting
What to bring:
Bathers, two towels, a water bottle
Warm clothes to change into after
Book ahead to secure your spot — this one’s going to be special.
Please note: This event takes place at an outdoor venue. In the event of rain, the fire pit won’t be in use, but post-session hangs will still go ahead in a covered area with heaters.
