morning yoga & saunagus sesh.

A soft Saturday morning reset. This session is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself.
We begin with an intentional vinyasa flow to unwind tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you to your body. Expect steady, grounding movement with space to soften rather than strive.
From there, you’ll be guided through a facilitated Saunagus ritual. Structured rounds of heat, gentle prompts and intentional pacing create space to release, integrate and settle more deeply into yourself.
Just movement, warmth and presence.
Format:
  • Welcome circle
  • 45 minute facilitated vinyasa yoga flow
  • 60 minute facilitated Saunagus ritual
  • Closing circle with tea + hot choccies by the fire
